Data gained from nationwide surveys by Auto Express and data analyst Statista reveals the top 1,000 new and used car dealers in the United Kingdom based on overall customer satisfaction. Ashford Orbital Mazda, based on Monument Way, in Orbital Park scored 8.8 out of 10, ranking them in the top 10 car dealers in the South-East of England and as the best dealer for overall customer satisfaction in Ashford.

The results are coordinated from a combined result of two online surveys. The first survey, completed by new car buyers, rates dealers on factors including the demeanour of sales people, price negotiation, after-sales service and the likelihood of recommending to a friend or family member.
The second survey targets industry associates, including car dealers, garages, repair shops and auto parts suppliers. As a ‘peer-to-peer’ survey, this allows those in the industry to identify which car dealers (other than themselves) they would recommend to their family and friends.
